Team Onboarding
Our Team Onboarding service cuts that ramp-up time in half — with a style guide, live training, and 30 days of direct support.

You can have a perfect editorial calendar and a beautifully configured pipeline and still publish inconsistently if your team doesn't share a clear understanding of what good looks like. That's the gap Team Onboarding closes. We start by writing your brand's style guide from scratch — tone, vocabulary, headline conventions, formatting rules, and the non-negotiables that define your content voice. Then we run two live group training sessions covering how to use the pipeline, how to brief and review content, and how to interpret the performance dashboards. For the first 30 days after the training, your team has direct access to our Slack channel for questions, feedback on drafts, and rapid troubleshooting. Because the first month is when habits form.
Training, documentation, and support — not a one-off workshop that fades in a week.
A 15- to 20-page document covering tone of voice, vocabulary preferences, headline structures, formatting conventions, and example rewrites so your team can self-edit against a real standard.
Session one covers the editorial strategy and pipeline; session two covers reviewing content quality and using the analytics dashboard. Each session is recorded and shared for future new hires.
Direct access to the Pandallumen team for the first 30 days post-launch. We review drafts on request, answer process questions, and flag anything that looks like a workflow issue before it becomes a habit.
Team Onboarding works best when a pipeline and an editorial strategy are already in place — either set up by Pandallumen or inherited from a previous system. If your team is starting from scratch with no defined workflow, we'd recommend beginning with Content Pipeline Design first. Onboarding also doesn't include ongoing content management, editorial oversight, or coaching beyond the first 30 days. For clients who need continued support, a monthly retainer arrangement is worth discussing separately.
