Our three tiers are designed for different stages of content maturity: Start is for teams building their first structured process; Grow is for teams that already publish but need to systematise and scale; Scale is for organisations that want the full factory — strategy, pipeline, analytics, and ongoing governance. All prices are in Kenyan Shillings and include a two-week scoping phase, full documentation, and a 30-day post-launch support window. Payment plans are available on Grow and Scale engagements.

Common questions about our pricing
What's included in the scoping phase?
Every engagement starts with a two-week scoping phase: we audit your existing content, interview key team members, and agree on the deliverables and timelines before any design or configuration work begins. This phase is included in the price.
Can we start with one service and add others later?
Yes. Many clients start with Editorial Strategy and then add Pipeline Design once they have a clear content direction. Each service on our individual service pages can also be purchased standalone — the tier plans are simply the most cost-effective bundling.
Do you offer monthly retainers?
We focus on setup engagements rather than ongoing management, because we believe your team should own and run the system we build. That said, clients on the Grow and Scale plans can discuss a quarterly check-in retainer to review performance and update the editorial strategy as your business evolves.
How long does a typical engagement take?
Start engagements typically complete in four to six weeks. Grow runs six to eight weeks. Scale engagements are eight to twelve weeks depending on the complexity of your tooling and team structure. All timelines include the two-week scoping phase.
